A Varied Moonlit Wonder - Sunday Scribblings #228

The varied view of a textured sea
swirling foam and ebbing tide
quiet beach and stolen memories

lost in a breeze and silent wonder
my life awash in shadowed moonlight
an atlantic passage pulls us under

the view - a varied moonlit wonder

A songlike cadence carried me through this piece. Beautifully written.

Love your words and photos - there's something so magical about full moon and sea in combination. You did very well in describing that magic poetically - me, I so often find myself at a loss for words.

the poem and photos were such a beautiful partnership. Loved it.

Thanks, guys! The photos were from our vacation in Ocean City, NJ last month. Was hoping to use them here for something. :-)

Some instances are worth savoring, and you did this one justice, Larry. I know the night you took these, as I was fortunate enough to have seen this very sight just north of you from the Ventnor boardwalk. And it was spectacular!
